1. About us

This website is run by Aurielle ("Aurielle", "we", "us", "our"), a business based in Sweden. Our full business details are on our Contact information page. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Using our website

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to break its security, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful.

3. Products

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and product details may be updated from time to time. If something you receive isn't as described, our Refund Policy covers you.

4. Prices, sales and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you're shopping in, and any discounts that apply are shown at checkout. Sales and promotions run until the end time shown, and discounts can't be combined unless we say so. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can choose to cancel for a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there's a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Safe use of heated styling tools

Our straightening brush heats up. Read the instructions before first use, use it on dry hair only, keep it away from water, don't leave it switched on unattended, and keep it out of reach of children. Let it cool completely before cleaning or storing it. Start on the lowest heat setting, especially on fine, colored or damaged hair.

8. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's honest, it's your own, and it doesn't break anyone else's rights. You allow us to display and share it in connection with our store. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning.

9. Our content

The text, images, logos and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

10. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to run our store, take payments and ship orders. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content.

11. Liability

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit it, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
